High Rise residential apartments (G+9 or more ) vs Low height residential apartments (G+4)

Mr Rahul, Director at Sanidhya Design, says that on a particular piece of land construction of high rise vs low rise building is a very important decision because it directly effects your revenues and profits from project, completion time, sale, unsold stock, density of project, after construction day to day maintenance cost of project etc. As Mr Agrawal said that " Constructing a low rise building with lower F.S.I. is better option than high rise with more F.S.I., since it directly related with cost of construction and completion time of project, we are working on making the two models with both the options on same land, to compare and analyse it"

Old Age Home at Jaipur

This project is designed and submitted for open design competition floated by Jaipur Development Authority to design a "Old Age Home" in Jaipur. It had designed taking special care for needs, habits, social life, medical facilities, of old age peoples. It had a common club house with all facilities and specially a big "Banyan" tree is planned in open landscape to give a feel of  village Chaupal ( A common discussion point in villages of  India).

It had worked out for a apartment having total built up area as 222765 SqFt with provision of  split air conditioning only and it can vary with specifications, no of elevators, facilities etc.

This is a multilevel parking project at Ashok Marg Nallah, C- Scheme, Jaipur designed for Jaipur Nagar Nigam, Jaipur ( As a group member of Finetech Parkon). It is having 400 nos of car parks and some commercial space.

This is  Parking project at Ramlila Ground, Jaipur and it was designed for Jaipur Nagar Nigam, Jaipur (  as a group member of Mahima Consortium). It is having 600 nos of car parks, some shopping area and open ground had left open in it original form for performances like Ramlila ( A play related to Lord Ram' s life story)  and other.
